Refund Policy
Users are invited to carefully read these Refund Conditions before making any purchase. By making any purchase, these Refund Conditions are understood to be fully accepted.
No returns are accepted as these are personalized items that cannot be resold.
Through the description of each product, you will find the size guide table that will lead you to the correct choice.
Obviously, if the product arrives in the wrong size or is defective, a reshipment will be made, and you can keep the previous product without sending it back to us.
Order refunds are allowed only in the following cases:
- Cancellation within and no later than 24 hours from the order placement;
- Only after the second delivery attempt.
In case of customs retention, a second shipping attempt will be made at no cost. Any costs applied for customs clearance are entirely at the recipient's expense.
If incorrect shipping data was entered by you during the order, you failed to communicate the correct ones, and the package has already been shipped, the order (100%) will not be delivered to you and will be returned to the sender. In this case, we are sorry, but it will not be possible to obtain a refund because we pay the supplier and, due to your error, we will not lose anything out of our own pocket. For us, it will be a refused package. What can be done is to agree on a second attempt once the package is returned to the supplier (the timing will be very long). If you want to avoid the lengthy wait, you can simply repay 50% of the order, and the supplier will arrange for reshipment.
