PURCHASING

To make a purchase, you must carefully follow the online procedure. Magliecalcio20xx reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order (after contacting the orderer in case of no response), in case of doubts about the veracity of the information - incomplete or inconsistent personal data, payment defaults already shown in previous purchases, dubious authenticity of the credit card - or in case of product unavailability. The communication of refusal or cancellation of the order (via e-mail or WhatsApp) may not be timely and may occur even after subsequent contact from the customer.

HOW TO PURCHASE?

Purchasing on Magliecalcio20xx is simple:
1. Click on the desired product to access its product page and view all relevant product information in detail. Select the quantity and size, then click 'Add to Cart'.

4.At the end of the purchase, you will receive an email containing your order identification data and confirmation that it has been received correctly.

SHIPPING

Standard shipping is free, while priority shipping costs 8€. For Italy only, goods are delivered via Poste Italiane, while for the rest of the world, local couriers are used.

When the order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the package: you can use our website with the appropriate link and by filling in the relevant fields, or use the 17track app for tracking.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

For Italy:
Order processing varies from 3-5 business days under normal conditions (extended up to 7-8 days during promotional periods due to the volume of orders to be processed).

Standard shipping, under normal conditions, takes 25/35 business days to arrive;

Priority shipping: 10-15 business days under normal conditions.

These timelines are indicative, but may always be subject to delays due to exceptional events.
