DEFINITIONS
“Site” is the website, dedicated to the sale of sports apparel for football teams and fashion.
“Customer” is the subject (natural or legal person) who makes a purchase on the Site, accepting the general terms and conditions of sale.
“Order” is the request form for goods for sale, completed by the Customer through the Site.
“Products” are the goods offered for sale on the Site, according to the general terms and conditions of sale.
“Customized products” are goods characterized at the specific request and indication of the Customer.
“Price” is the consideration for the sale of the goods only.
SALE OF PRODUCTS
Products are offered for sale based on the terms and conditions provided herein by the contract and published on the site at the time of the order.
The contract is considered concluded and binding for the parties when Magliecalcio20xx sends the order confirmation to the customer's email address, indicated by the customer during registration on the site.
The creation of customized products offered for sale by the site is subject to a specific request from the customer.
Prices and products may change without prior notice.
In case of personalized name/number, we advise customers that, depending on the font/character used by the team, the printing might not be perfect as personalized names are printed on demand, and therefore the quality is lower.
70% of the shorts do not all have the emblem inside the small number.
Products already discounted on our site cannot be further discounted with any discount code.
Our store's products are updated in conjunction with the update of the extra-EU supplier's album.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
To purchase products, registration is not required. However, the user can choose to register: registration is free, fast, and does not involve any obligation to purchase. The customer undertakes to provide correct, truthful, and complete data regarding: personal details, personal contact information (residence and not commercial activities), and other information useful for fulfilling the order.
In case of incorrect data communicated during the order phase, the courier will not deliver the package and it will be returned to the sender. The staff assumes no responsibility in such a case because the error is made by the person ordering, and neither a refund nor re-shipment of the product is provided.
Finally, the customer will pay the price of the purchased products and keep a copy of the purchase confirmation sent by Magliecalcio20xx to the email address indicated by the customer during registration on the site.
The customer is required to keep the payment receipt (Postepay Recharge or Credit Card) and, if requested by the staff, to show it. Without a receipt, orders cannot be confirmed or refunded.
The customer is expected to behave politely towards the staff. Should this not happen, we reserve the right to terminate any relationship without notice.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal and return on our site, IS NOT possible, as extra-EU policies do not have such obligations.
No refunds or replacements are made for customized products at the express request of the customer (e.g., shirt/polo/t-shirt with player or special customization, shirt with patch, race shorts with number, customized shoes/accessories). For discounted products, no refunds are made, but replacements or a voucher corresponding to the amount paid for the product are possible.
In case of product discrepancy or various errors caused either by the supplier or by us at the time of order submission, you will be entitled to resend the product at no additional cost.
In case of product unavailability, our staff will call you to ask if you want to replace the product or receive a refund. Should no response be received, we will proceed on our own not to send the missing item.
In case of problems upon arrival of the goods, simply contact us and inform us of the problem, necessarily sending images as proof: we will notify the supplier for the re-shipment of missing or defective goods. Without images, we will not proceed to open a report to the supplier.
It is specified that the problem must be reported no later than the same day of package receipt; If reports are submitted after 24 hours, we will no longer consider them as you and we are not credible towards the supplier.
